1- Ensure that you're logged in as administrator.
2- Press Windows + R, then type regedit and click OK.
3- Within Registry Editor, go to its left pane and navigate to the location:
4- HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SYSTEM\CurrentControlSet\Control\FileSystem
5- Locate NtfsDisableEncryption item. Once you saw the item, double-click it.
6- Change theValue data from 0 to 1, then click OK then reboot your PC.
